Joining process

Demo class

MDT will schedule a demo class in which we will invite a few regular students. Demo classes are 45 minutes and the payment will be NTD600. We will create a teacher account for the teacher if he/she passed the demo class.

MDT's staff will take some photos for future promotion. We won't post anything before getting your permission first.

Employment Contract

MDT and the teacher will sign a contract. The teacher shall submit a copy of required documents: Certificate of Degree/ Diploma and passport.

Launch a class

In order to launch a class, you need to do two steps:

  • Create a course outline

  • Schedule a course

Once you create a course outline, please remember to schedule a course using the course outline. In this step, you will decide the dates and times of the course, and then students can start signing up.

Scheduling policy

Teachers have to schedule a class 4 weeks before it starts. Typically we need 4 students to start a class. To increase your sales, we recommend to schedule your courses as early as possible.

Because of the policy, a newly hired teacher will start his/her first courses the following month.
